Welcome

Hello! I would just like to welcome you to my new blog! ! My name is Danielle, and I am new to blogging, but I hope that you will  stick with me as I learn all about this. I have been told I know a little about a lot of  topics, that is how I chose the title for my first real blog post!

About Me

Well my name is Danielle Carpenter. I am 19 years old! A very small town in central Arkansas, holds my stomping grounds. I am in my sophomore year at the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton, working to obtain an Associate of Science in Education.

The Source of Danielle’s Direction

Being a full time student does take up a good amount of my time, but what takes up MORE of my time, is church! To add to my love of children I teach Children’s Church on Sundays, and assist in teaching a Sunday night class. Church is where I first had experience with teaching, and fell in love with seeing the “lightbulb” go off, when my kids understood the concept I was teaching! Church takes up the most time, but I would never want it to be any different. My faith is the source of my life. It affects every aspect of my life, why I make the decisions, and how I chose to live my life. I am thankful for the biblical foundation of life I was taught, it has certainly made aspects of my life easier.

My Hobbies

Well between school, and church, I certainly do not have much “free time” but when I do, I try to always take time to catch up on my hobbies. Some of my hobbies include; spending time with friends and family, hunting or just target shooting, fishing, and pretty much anything outdoors with people I love! I have a hobby of picking up new hobbies. I have picked up sewing, photography, and collecting items for my Hope Chest (there will be a future post coming on this topic!).
